Conduct stakeholder interviews to incorporate their perspectives and ensure their key questions are addressed in study design, while fostering alignment and buy-in. Review existing research to identify gaps and ensure the new study adds unique, valuable insights.

Research Design & Analysis

Develop custom qualitative research tailored to business challenges, incorporating methodology selection, timeline planning, and alignment with existing data. Approaches are flexible to accommodate budget and timeline constraints. While typically part of a full-service engagement, I am also comfortable collaborating within a team, designing studies, and analyzing findings, regardless of whether I moderate the qualitative work.

Expert Moderation & Facilitation

In-depth interviews (virtual and in-person), focus groups, and ethnographic research (including in-home interviews, journaling and shopalongs) to uncover consumer motivations, foster meaningful discussions, and guide innovation.

Workshops

Design and facilitate customized workshops to broadly share insights, align teams, and spark ideation. These sessions help secure stakeholder buy-in, activate strategy, and translate insights into actionable business growth initiatives.
